THE AUSTRALIAN CURRICULUM

A new curriculum is currently being developed, and implemented in stages, across Australia.  This new Australian Curriculum is designed to ensure similarity across learning programs in all Australian States and Territories.  At St. Ita's we are currently implementing the Australian Curriculum in the areas of English, Mathematics, Science and History.  We will begin implementing Geography in 2013, with Arts, Civics and Citizenship,  Business and Economics as well as Technologies to begin in 2014.
